Brad's real estate career began with wholesaling single-family homes using strategic marketing to find off-market deals. Brad would find opportunities for his investors, negotiating below-market deals with the sellers. Once a property was under contract, Brad would present the opportunity to his investors gaining valuable experience dealing with motivated sellers through negotiations, real estate contracts, rehab costs, running comparable sales and learning different ways to structure deals for investors to maximize the returns. Brad now works with a group of high-net-worth individuals who invest in multifamily properties.
For the last 10 years, Brad has been running a successful window tinting company, experiencing the challenge of building this business from the ground up.
Brad invests in value-add Class A and B multifamily properties with 30-200 units in major markets.
